5. Research agents have started giving out TL2 BPs! - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Just a Quick question are these blueprints only being given out to lvl3 agents or are they being given out to any agent. Thanks It's Better to ask than die in Ignorance !!!

I am about to start into R + D for a lvl 2 agent. He requires Graviton physics lvl2, high energy physics lvl1 and electromagnetic physics lvl2. Does anyone what type of mod I eventually might recieve as I know it is not using a ship building skill...
